Hougang United's Young Cheetahs return to Singapore Premier League 2 action on Tuesday, 20 October, as they welcome FC Jurong to Our Tampines Hub.
Kick-off is scheduled for 7:30pm, with Razif Ariff's side preparing for another important test in the 2026/27 campaign.
The fixture offers our young players another opportunity to gain valuable competitive experience, continue their development and work towards a positive result in front of the Hougang faithful.
ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY TO GROW
The Young Cheetahs have faced a challenging opening to their SPL2 campaign, with matches against Tampines Rovers, Geylang International, Balestier Khalsa and Lion City Sailors providing important lessons.
Among the encouraging moments were Wong Ngaang Haang's goal against Balestier Khalsa and Nigel Ho's goal on his SPL2 debut against Lion City Sailors.
While results have not always gone our way, each fixture has offered opportunities for the squad to develop, gain confidence and build experience in a competitive league environment.
Tuesday's encounter against FC Jurong represents another chance to put that work into practice.
THE NEXT CHALLENGE
FC Jurong will provide the Young Cheetahs with another test as the two sides meet at Our Tampines Hub.
For Hougang, the focus will be on approaching the match with determination, competing throughout the 90 minutes and continuing to make progress as a team.
With the season still in its early stages, every match provides valuable opportunities for our emerging players to take the next step in their development.
GET BEHIND THE YOUNG CHEETAHS
Our Tampines Hub will be the setting for Tuesday evening's fixture, and we encourage the Hougang faithful to come down and show their support.
The backing of our supporters means a great deal to the young players representing the club, particularly as they continue to gain experience and grow together.
Whether you regularly follow our SPL2 side or are attending your first Young Cheetahs match, we would love to see you there.
