Hougang United has signed on Delwinder Singh for a contract extension. The 24-year-old defender and former Singapore Under-22 who represented Singapore in 5 occasions will be raring to jump-start another season since missing the final third of 2016 due to injury. He joined Hougang United in 2015 from Young Lions and has since recorded over 40 starts in league and cup competitions.
A commanding figure in defense who is comfortable playing anywhere across the backline, Delwinder’s comeback will be an added bonus to the Cheetahs fortifications.
