“One Fadhil Salim!! There’s only one Fadhil Salim!!”. That has often echoed in the terraces of Hougang Stadium for our famous custodian, Fadhil Salim. Fadhil, turned 30 on 24th January, and as usual, the Hougang players, coaches, plus the management has thrown in a surprise party for the custodian.
