The Cheetahs have concluded five new signings in December.
They are:
Erwan Gunawan, 26 year old winger/striker who had represented the Lions last in 2012. The player has last played last season in Warriors FC and had famously scored the winning goal in the 2012 RHB Singapore Cup final to win his team the trophy.
Geison Moura, 26 year old winger. A product of Esporte Clube Bahia, Geison has spent most of his career in the United States, particularly in the Major Indoor Soccer League and also last played for Minnesota United in the North American Soccer League.
Nazri Sabri, a goalkeeper. Famously replaced Lionel Lewis as No.1 goalkeeper for Home United in the 2012 season, while the former Singapore goalkeeper recovered from a long term injury. Played for half-a-season for Woodlands Wellington last season as a stop-gap measure for Ahmadulhaq Che Omar.
Shunsuke Nakatake, Japanese midfielder/playmaker. Has stints in the National Football League with Singapore Recreation Club and Eunos Crescent.
Wahyudi Wahid, 27 yr old utility player. A Geylang International product, Wahyudi took a year break from football in 2012, before returning to the Eagles last season.
We would like to welcome all five players to the club.
