NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) 2020
In light of the COVID-19 situation and pursuant to the relevant order under COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, which sets out alternative arrangement for registered societies in Singapore to conduct general meetings by electronic means, the Club will be holding AGM 2020 on Wednesday, 30 September 2020, 5:00pm by electronic means.

AGENDA CONSISTS OF:
1. Welcome address by the Chairman.
2. Approve the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.
3. Receive and adopt audited financial statement for the year ending 31 December 2019.
4. To consider and approve appointment of Auditors for FY 2020.
5. Amendments of the Constitution of the Club – Rule 19(a).
6. Any other matters.
