Harhys first drilled home from the edge of the box, before Shah slammed one into the top corner after some uncertain Hougang defending off a right-wing cross.
Zamani then nodded past Izwan Mahbud after a superbly-worked set-piece to make it three, before Kwok headed in a consolation for the home side.
