In a week where our senior team finally found their feet to have their first win in two months, the COE boys also have mixed results in the different age groups.
U-14s
The U-14 boys replayed one of their postponed games against Tampines Rovers at Serangoon Stadium on Thursday Evening. However, they fell to a 1-0 defeat against the Stags.
The U-14s then went to play their regular fixture against Home United FC at Serangoon Stadium on Saturday Afternoon. The score was tied 2-2 up till half time, however, the game was abandoned due to the rain. The game will be rescheduled at a later date.
U-16s
Yao Peikang’s boys played against Geylang International at the Kallang Practice Track on Sunday afternoon. The U-16s however, were defeated by the young Eagles 2-0.
U-18s
Nahar Daud’s boys had a positive result of the week, after two winless games so far. The U-18s produced some magic after being down 1-0 to win 3-2 against Tampines Rovers. The goals were scored by Wan Norisham (10), Ridhuan (17) and striker Muhd Akbar (9).
