The Cheetahs has added reinforcements to their defence by signing former Courts Young Lions defender Firman Hanif on March 7.
The 22-year-old is an NFA graduate and played for the Young Lions for the last two seasons. The defender has been given jersey number 8, recently worn by Azhar Sairudin, who took his favourite number 17 at the start of the 2014 season.
Firman made his début for the team on the 12th of March against Albirex Niigata as a replacement for the injured Igor Cerina. Firman completed the entire game and his team emerged victorious with a 3:1 scoreline.
